Wyndham Rewards Insider Program Terms and Conditions

1. Overview. The Wyndham Rewards Insider Program (the “Insider Program”) is a membership program run under the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program (the “Wyndham Rewards Program”). Like the Wyndham Rewards Program, the Insider Program is sponsored by Wyndham Rewards, Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., and its successors and assigns. Wyndham Rewards, Inc. (including its successors and assigns) is sometimes individually referred to herein as “Sponsor”.

2. Eligibility and Program Description. Every Wyndham Rewards Program member who lives within the 50 United States or D.C. may purchase an Insider Program upgrade to their Wyndham Rewards Program membership (“Insider Membership”) by visiting www.wyndhamrewardsinsider.com or any other website or app where Sponsor makes Insider Program enrollment available (the “Insider Site”). The annual fee charged for your Insider Membership inclusive of tax (the “Subscription Fee”) will be set forth in the enrollment section of the Insider Site, and you agree that the Subscription Fee may change after enrollment upon advance notice to you. Purchase of an Insider Membership for the Subscription Fee entitles an Insider Program member (“Insider Member”) to certain benefits as more particularly described in these Insider Terms and Conditions (collectively, “Insider Benefits”) for the subscription period specified on the Insider Site (“Subscription Term”). The Subscription Term will in most cases be a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. In some cases, a promotion may offer a different subscription period in exchange for the Subscription Fee, such as a promotion offering 14 months of Insider Benefits for the price of 12 months for an initial Subscription Term. Except as otherwise explicitly set forth herein, paid Subscription Fees are non-refundable.

3. Relation to Your Wyndham Rewards Account. To become an Insider Member, you must be or become a Wyndham Rewards member and agree to the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions. If you are not already a Wyndham Rewards member, you can create an account and then upgrade your Wyndham Rewards account to an Insider Membership on the Insider Site. The same Wyndham Rewards member account cannot be used for more than one Insider Membership, and individuals cannot have multiple Insider Memberships or share the same Insider Membership.

4. Enrollment and Confirmation. You will be charged the Subscription Fee for the first Subscription Term when you enroll in the Insider Program. Upon completion of your enrollment, you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email address included in your Wyndham Rewards member account containing certain Insider Membership information that:

To use and access the Insider Program, you must provide at least one Acceptable Form of Payment (as defined below) which you authorize Sponsor and/or Administrator (on Sponsor’s behalf) to charge in accordance with these Insider Terms and Conditions. An “Acceptable Form of Payment” means any current, valid accepted method of payment as may be specified when you enroll through the Insider Site, including (without limitation) credit card, debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We may refuse, suspend or terminate your Insider Membership if any payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise.

6. Membership Autorenewal & Cancellation Prior to Autorenewal. Your subscription to the Insider Program will automatically renew for one year periods starting at the end of your initial Subscription Term unless you cancel in accordance with these Insider Terms and Conditions.

7. Suspension and/or Termination of Insider Membership by Sponsor/Administrator. We may suspend or terminate your Insider Membership for any reason, including (without limitation) the following:

8. Changes to these Insider Terms and Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, alter, or otherwise update the Insider Terms and Conditions, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Insider Program at any time. The date set forth at the top of these Insider Terms and Conditions indicates when changes have been made, and it is a member’s responsibility to review changes to the Insider Terms and Conditions regularly. By continuing your membership in the Insider Program after the date on which changes are made to the Insider Terms and Conditions, you are agreeing to those changes and affirming your agreement to comply with all the Insider Terms and Conditions, as updated. The current Insider Terms and Conditions supersede all prior published Insider Terms and Conditions.

9. Third Party Providers. Certain Insider Benefits are provided by independent third party providers including, without limitation, cruise lines, airlines, car rental companies, ground transportation/transfer providers and tour/activity aggregators and operators, and providers of Concierge Services (as defined below) (such other third parties, collectively with the Administrator, “Third Party Providers”). In order to use Insider Benefits provided by Third Party Providers, you may be required to accept and comply with the applicable terms and conditions of the Third Party Provider before accessing or using their products, services, or experiences. Sponsor is not responsible for the terms and conditions, products, services or membership requirements of, or any other aspects of the programs offered by such Third Party Providers, including but not limited to the use of your personal information by any Third Party Provider. Inclusion of Third Party Provider products or services in the Insider Program does not constitute our endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of such Third Party Provider or its offerings.

10. Warranty Disclaimer – Third Party Providers. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor and its affiliates make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory or collateral, regarding any product(s) or service(s) provided by any Third Party Provider, including, but not limited to, any warranty or condition of quality, durability, merchantability, fitness for a particular or general purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, or accuracy. Sponsor and its affiliates specifically disclaim any implied warranties and conditions of quality, durability, merchantability, fitness for a particular or general purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, or accuracy with respect to such products and services. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor and its affiliates will not be responsible for performance of, or failure to perform by, any Third Party Provider, or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the delivery, receipt, use and/or misuse of, or any defect or failure in, any products or services of any Third Party Provider. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising from or relating to Third Party Provider products or services is solely between you and the applicable Third Party Provider.

1. Insider Rate. Subject to the complete Insider Rate Terms and Conditions (as the same may be changed from time to time by a Sponsor, or any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Sponsor, the “IRTC”), the Insider Rate offers Insider Members a discounted rate at participating Hotels by Wyndham and Participating Destinations.

2. Insider Site Discounts. Insider Members who are logged into their Wyndham Rewards accounts receive access to discounts off of the Standard Price (as defined below) of flights, cruises, car rentals, ground transportation/transfers and activities (each individually, a “Travel Component” and collectively, the “Travel Components”) booked through the Insider Site. For purposes of this paragraph, the “Standard Price” of a Travel Component means its regular, non-sale, unrestricted, non-qualified, publicly available rate as set forth on the official website of its Third Party Provider, at the time and date of request, for the time and date requested.

3. Wyndham Rewards Upgrade from Blue Level to Gold Level. In lieu of having to complete Qualifying Nights to obtain Gold Level in the Wyndham Rewards Program, Wyndham Rewards Blue Level Members who are enrolled in the Insider Program will receive Gold Level as a Gifted Level for as long as their Insider Membership is in effect. Any Insider Member entitled to a higher Wyndham Rewards Member Level than Gold Level pursuant to either (a) the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions or (b) the terms and conditions of a limited time promotion offered by Sponsor, will obtain the highest Wyndham Rewards Member Level then available to such Member pursuant to the applicable terms.

4. Extra Accelerated Earning Points. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary regarding the calculation of Accelerated Earning Points contained in the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions, the number of Accelerated Earning Points for Qualified Stays earned by an Insider Member will be calculated as follows:

5. Ticketmaster Earning & Redemption. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Wyndham Rewards Terms and Conditions and subject to all terms and conditions of the Ticketmaster website and any other terms and conditions applicable to purchases made from Ticketmaster’s website (“Ticketmaster Terms”), an Insider Member who has linked their Wyndham Rewards account to their Ticketmaster account (a “Linked Member”):

6. Wyndham Travel Bundle Points Earning. Wyndham Rewards points are earned on Travel Components booked as part of a Wyndham Travel Bundle through the Insider Site as follows:

7. Personal Concierge Services. Insider Members can access a Personal Concierge Service (the “Concierge”) to request the following types of services: dining reservations, travel planning, entertainment tickets, lifestyle experiences and other personal services (the “Concierge Services”). The Concierge Services are provided by a Third Party Provider under contract with Administrator. The Concierge will use commercially reasonable efforts to arrange the Concierge Services requested by an Insider Member on their behalf, to the extent deemed reasonable by the Administrator, Sponsor and Concierge. Prices, rates and inventory for any requested service are subject to availability and may vary by location, date, and time. Sponsor, Administrator, and Concierge does not guarantee fulfillment of any request. For certain tickets, events and services, the price charged may be higher than the face or standard value of the ticket, event or service due to excess demand and/or limited supply. It is your responsibility to confirm total price with the Concierge and/or Third Party Provider. Cancellation and no-show fees may apply. Certain services may be non-refundable and non-cancellable. In order to arrange certain Concierge Services, the Concierge may require access to Insider Member personal information, such as name, contact details, payment information, travel preferences, or other relevant data. By requesting Concierge Services, each Insider Member expressly authorizes the Concierge to collect, use, and share such personal information with Third Party Providers and their respective designees solely for the purpose of fulfilling the requested services. Your purchase of any goods or services in connection with your use of the Concierge Services and any reservation or booking made by the Concierge on your behalf is solely between you and the respective Third Party Provider providing the good or service, and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Concierge and Third Party Provider providing good or service. Without limiting any other term or condition of these Insider Terms and Conditions, Sponsor disclaims any liability for the acts or omissions of Third Party Providers and their respective designees with respect to the handling of personal information. Insider Member is solely responsible for all amounts payable (including, without limitation, any associated taxes and fees) for products and/or services that Concierge obtains or otherwise makes available to Insider Member at Insider Member’s request and on their behalf. Each Insider Member acknowledges that if they make a request for Concierge Services that the Concierge accepts: (i) the Concierge will place such request on their behalf, and (ii) the products and/or services requested will be provided by Third Party Providers, and Sponsor is not liable for the acts or omissions of the Concierge or any Third Party Providers providing the Concierge Services, any injury to person or property caused by such Third Party Providers or arising from or in connection with the products and/or services requested. Nothing in this Section B(7) obligates the Concierge to satisfy your requests including, without limitation, in cases where goods or services are unavailable or otherwise unable to be booked or reserved. Sponsor, Administrator, and Concierge have no control over the quality, fitness, safety, reliability, or any other aspect of any goods or services you may book through the Concierge Services, and you should contact the Third Party Provider of the goods or services directly to resolve any concerns you have with your purchase from the Third Party Provider.

8. Certain Exceptions and Conditions applicable to use of Insider Benefits: See list below.

1. Use of the Insider Site is subject to the Terms of Use found in the footer of all Insider Site pages. Without limiting such Terms of Use, (a) no warranties are made as to the content of the Insider Site or that the functioning of the Insider Site will be uninterrupted or error free; and (b) use of the Insider Site is at the Insider Member’s own risk.

Sponsor maintains its own consumer-facing privacy notice which is applicable to Wyndham Rewards members’ participation in the Wyndham Rewards Program and Insider Members’ participation in the Insider Program (as such notice may be updated from time to time by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the “Sponsor Privacy Notice”). The current version of the Sponsor Privacy Notice can be found in the footer of all pages on wyndhamrewards.com, or can be obtained by sending a written request to the following address:

The personal information you provide is maintained in a database (the “Membership Database”) that is owned and/or controlled by Wyndham Rewards, Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc., located in the United States. The Membership Database is hosted and maintained by Phaedon. Please see the Sponsor Privacy Notice for information about the ways Sponsor collects, processes, uses and shares personal information. By joining the Insider Program, you have read the Sponsor Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, processing, disclosure and transfer of your personal information as described in the Sponsor Privacy Notice, as well as the transfer of your personal information to the United States for the purpose of enrolling in and administering the Wyndham Rewards Program.

4. In connection with the administration of the Insider Program, certain personal information may be collected, used, or shared by the Administrator to facilitate Member benefits and services. The Administrator maintains its own Privacy Notice, which governs its handling of personal information. Members are encouraged to review the Administrator’s Privacy Notice to understand how their information may be processed in connection with the Insider Program. By participating in the Insider Program, Members acknowledge and agree to be bound not only by the Administrator’s Privacy Notice, but also by the Terms of Use of the Administrator’s booking platform, which shall govern the use of such platform and be fully enforceable.

Except to the extent specifically stated otherwise in these Insider Program Terms and Conditions, Insider Membership and Insider Benefits are granted to the Insider Member for their personal use only and are not transferable under any circumstances, and Insider Benefits cannot be shared with any third parties, transferred, bartered or sold.

6. Except as otherwise prescribed herein, and subject to applicable law, these Insider Terms and Conditions shall in all respects be construed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts or choice of law principles. Insider Member and Sponsor agree that the Insider Program involves interstate commerce so as to ensure the applicability of the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”). In the event of a conflict between New Jersey law and the FAA, the FAA shall govern.

7. These Insider Terms and Conditions, together with any other terms, conditions, policies, or notices referenced in or linked from them, constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Insider Terms and Conditions, or portion thereof, is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination will not affect the validity of any other provision of these Insider Terms and Conditions, or portion thereof. No waiver of any provision of these Insider Terms and Conditions, or portion thereof, whether by conduct or otherwise, will be deemed to be, or will constitute, a continued waiver or a waiver of any other provision of these Insider Terms and Conditions, or portion thereof.
